Under the new Act to Modernize Legislative Provisions Regarding the Protection of Personal Information (the “Act 25”), which takes effect on September 22, 2022, we are appointing Sylvie Lebel as our clients’ Privacy Officer. Sylvie Lebel will be responsible, among other things, for:
